  1. What is the nutritional breakdown for this? Looks really interesting. Not being a vegan, I’m not familiar with Veganise. What is it and where would I find it?

    1. Hi Ria!

Veganaise is a vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-gmo substitute for mayo. It can be found at most health food stores such as Whole Foods Market. As far as nutrition goes, it has a total fat of 9g which is 14% saturated fat 1g which is 5% and sodium 85mg which is 4%. Also the ingredients of Veganaise is this: Expeller-pressed grape seed oil, filtered water, brown rice syrup, Apple cider vinegar, soy protein, sea salt, mustard flour, and lemon juice. I hope I have answered your question. You can simply use mayo for this recipe if you prefer the dairy option. Thanks for stopping by!
